Happy New Year! It’s been a minute since I posted. I took a break over the holidays and got some extra reading and schoolwork done and spent time with my immediate family. Hope everyone had a nice, relaxing holiday. I just squeaked by my goal of reading 75 books in 2020, though I had to listen to the last book on audiobook because I got Lasik surgery on the 30th. Recovering nicely and excited to start off the new year right. Here are some of my most anticipated reads for 2021!Continue reading “Most Anticipated YA Reads of 2021 (January-August)”

( Earl Grey Books and ReadLikeWildFire created the Mid Year Freak Out tag.) Let’s go!

This prompt was submitted by Deanna @ A Novel Glimpse. I thought it would be fun to pair the song titles with an artist and do a little twist on this tag.Continue reading “Top Ten Tuesday: Book Titles that Would Make Great Song Titles”

Happy November! Hope everyone had a nice Halloween weekend. I had some friends from my “pod” come over on Saturday to play games and eat pizza and we handed out candy to trick or treaters. On Friday, my school had a Halloween costume parade with our hybrid students and we gave them candy and prizes. Yesterday was a gloomy, rainy day, and I spent most of it sleeping and catching up on some housework. I can’t believe it’s already November!Continue reading “October Wrap-Up”
