WWW Wednesday

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over on Taking on a World of Words. Every week, you dedicate a post to the three W’s: What are you currently reading? What have you just finished reading? What are you going to read next?

I’m in Massachusetts this week visiting family and have been enjoying the time off. Hoping the weather will hold up so we can visit the beach tomorrow or Friday. It was my kitten, Momo’s, first long car ride, but she did amazingly and is excited to explore a new place.

What I’m Currently Reading:

I don’t know why I’ve put off reading The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune for so long. I’m really enjoying it so far! I think it might turn out to be a favorite! I’m also listening to the audiobook of The Dutch House by Ann Patchett, narrated by Tom Hanks since I had a four-hour drive this week. I also really like this one so far!

What I’ve Just Finished Reading:

Last week, I read the Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas. The plot was a little predictable, but I loved the characters and setting so much I didn’t care. Highly recommend this one! I also read the graphic novel Pumpkin Heads. Again, the plot was a little simple and straightforward, but I enjoyed the characters and it was a sweet, short read to get me in the mood for fall.

What I’m Going to Read Next

I’ve been in such an emotional reading mood that I’m not sure I’ll actually read what I planned, but I love Tana French and really want to get to her new book, The Searcher.

What are you reading? Have you read any of these books? Drop me a comment and we’ll chat! x

Until next time,

  1. I do want to read The House in the Cerulean Sea. I was hoping to be able to pick it up at my local bookshop but it’s out of stock and I just keep forgetting to order it.
