It’s Monday once again! The days have been flying by. Can’t believe we’re already halfway into June. I’m attending the Algonkian Writer’s Conference / New York Pitch Conference later in the week on Zoom sessions, rescheduled from March, so I’m really looking forward to that.
Phase II reopening is happening in my area, so today restaurants are rolling out outdoor seating and some retail stores and churches will be at partial capacity. Feels nice to be getting back to normality, though I’m still missing my public library.
WHAT I READ LAST WEEK:

This book was not at all what I expected. More religious than dystopian. But I surprised myself by enjoying it. Really fast-paced and interesting characters.
WHAT I’M READING NOW:
I’m about halfway through with We Were Restless Things and hope to get to Things in Jars later in the week.
WHAT I’M READING NEXT:
I got two middle-grade e-books out of the library, so hopefully will be able to squeeze them both in next week.
How’s everyone’s week been? What are you reading? Are places reopening in your part of the world?
Until next week,

My week has started off decent so far! I am going to try to get through some arcs this week. Hopefully you have a great week!
