Good morning! It’s Monday once more. I don’t blame you if you’re not keeping track. The days are seeping into one another, coloring each other like bleeding watercolor. I normally have to be up at 3:30 AM for my morning shifts, but I haven’t set an alarm in weeks. Trying to keep a routine has been challenging to say the least.
As usual, I’ve been reading and writing and watching a bit of television here and there. I’ve been cooking more than I normally do, but everything is starting to taste the same. I’ve been trying to end my days with a bit of crafting and usually a Zoom call with friends. But other than that, not much has changed. This is the new normal, I guess.

On a more serious note, I know for many people – myself included – there’s been a lot of internal pressure to do the tasks we put off because of work or other obligations. The resulting sense of failure only adds to the stress or depression many of us are feeling during this time.

Remember to put your mental health first and be kind to yourself. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel during a health crisis. You just have to keep yourself sane and healthy.

Hope everyone is well! What are you all reading this week?
Stay Safe and Stay Healthy,

What did you think about “Gideon the Ninth”? It’s been on my TBR for a couple of months now, and I’m kinda scared to pick it up as I think I might not enjoy it as much as I want to.
I really loved «Such a Fun Age» and I hope you’ll too. 🙂

I loved Gideon the Ninth! I didn’t have a ton of expectations going in, but it was great! I was a little bit iffy about the ending, but I’m excited to read the sequel and see how things are resolved 🙂
